Planning and Building Regulations

Planning consultancy should never be underestimated when considering a new project, whether it is a multi-unit housing estate for developers or housing associations, or for an individual homeowner wanting to build a new home for themselves, or improvements, extensions and renovations to existing properties. We can undertake this process ourselves or work with other planning consultants to ensure the best possible outcome. We can also advise on which projects don’t need planning permission.

The technical drawings to enable the design to be constructed can be undertaken after the planning stage, and the detailed drawings submitted to the local authority or an independent firm of Building Control service providers. We seek to work with our clients, fellow consultants, and local authorities to build relationships within a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and partnership.
